To add new work data, log in, navigate to 'Add Work,' complete all the required fields, and click 'Save.' Your data will then be successfully stored.
To filter work entries, navigate to the 'My Work' tab and click on 'Filter.' You can refine your search based on Title, Status, Date Range, Priority, and KPIs.
A KPI, or Key Performance Indicator, is a measurable value that demonstrates how effectively an individual is achieving key business objectives. To add a KPI in the work form, you can select the KPI from the dropdown and them enter the value for it. You can also add your own custom KPIs.
To view analytics of your work, first add and save some work data. Then, navigate to the 'Dashboard' to see detailed analytics of your data with the help of charts and numbers.
To generate and download your portfolio, navigate to the sidebar and select 'Portfolio.' Enter the desired date range and fill in the required text fields. Click 'Generate,' and your portfolio will be created.
To download your data, go to the 'My Work' tab, apply the desired filters, and then click on the 'Extract Data' option above the results. Your data will be extracted as a CSV file.
When your work is completed, the 'mail to' option will be enabled. You can enter an email address you want to send your work to get their feedback and save it. A mail will be sent to the specified email with the work data and a link to give feedback. Once they give feedback, you can see it in the same work entry. Note: Once feedback is received, a work entry cannot be edited.
To fill in OKR data, start by adding a new OKR and entering the Title/Objective. Then, add rows for the key results, fill them in, and click 'Save.'
To use the Raise Calculator, enter your weekly hours, current pay before the raise, and the amount of your raise. The 'Pay after Raise' section will then calculate your total salary after the raise, dynamically displaying it for different time periods like monthly, annually, and hourly. For example, if you work 40 hours a week and earn $1,000 weekly with a $200 raise, your new weekly pay will be $1,200. The calculator will also automatically update your salary for other time periods.
